RESERVATIONS: We accept advance reservations for announced models of all brands. We ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit towards our discount prices, with the balance due when the model is released. Since most manufacturers/importers only produce enough models to fill advance orders, reservations are the only sure way to obtain desired models. (If the model is cancelled by manufacturer, the deposit will be refunded.) Information on what models are coming is shown under 'What's Happening' on pages 1 & 2 of this web site.

TRADES & PURCHASES: We will purchase or offer generous trades on slightly used railroad books, unused kits, N scale models, or other scale models which are in mint condition (including brass models). Write or call for offers.

Our Sale Policies: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards at no charge! You may order on our free WATS line shown on each page of this catalog. Our store hours are: 10 AM-8 PM Mon-Fri; Sat 10AM-5:30PM, Sun 12-5. After hours leave a message and we'll return your call as soon as possible. Any overpayments will be refunded with your order (no credit slips). Sorry no C.O.D.'s. Although we try to ship all orders within 5 days of receipt occasionally an order may be delayed 4-8 weeks if our suppliers/manufacturers are behind in filling orders. Colorado residents please add applicable sales tax when ordering (usually 4%). Restock charge of 20% on returned items. (Shipping not refundable.) Merchandise credit slips are valid for 1 full year from date of issue.
